Clare Mawdesley-Thomas, BSc (Hons) MCSP,SRP.

Clare completed a Three year degree course in Physiotherapy at Brunel University (formerly known as The West London Institute), qualifying in 1995.

She is a Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and Registered with the Health Professions Council, whilst also being a member of the AACP, OCPPP and ACHPOE special interest groups

Physiotherapy is used to improve function in all areas of the body - neck, back, arms, legs, hands and feet . We pride ourselves on looking at the whole body, not just individual joints, muscles, tendons, ligaments and nerves.

Clare specialises in manual treatments, often involving soft tissue massage, gentle mobilisation & trigger point release.

Electrotherapy equipment such as Ultrasound, Interferential and TNS (TENS) are also available.Treatments also include lifestyle advice, with exercise and postural re-education. Acupuncture is also offered in relation to musculo-skeletal problems .
